A Ph.D. scholar in Sociology, Mrs. Poudel brings unparalleled expertise in evidence-based policy development, agricultural value chains, disaster management, and environmental planning.

A highly accomplished engineer with advanced degrees in Biomedical Engineering and Engineering Management,
he has been instrumental in leading BFI’s vision to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions across multiple sectors.
Under his leadership, BFI has successfully implemented projects in health, infrastructure, and technology,
with a focus on operational efficiency, system validation, and quality control. Hari’s expertise in strategic planning,
